At RhapsodAic we believe every individual has a unique creative voice and just needs the opportunity to express it.

 

Inspired by Shakespeare's words, 'there was a star danced and under that was I born,' we celebrate the potential in every person's story by making theatre and the arts more accessible.

Shakespeare has a reputation for being difficult, boring and inaccessible.  At RhapsodAic we want to challenge that.

Our adapted plays bring Shakespeare to the stage in 40-60 minute performances, preserving his language and core stories while making them practical and engaging for a variety of performers. 

​

Designed for later KS2 through to Year 9, including SEN, the scripts are flexible, accessible and, importantly, never infantilising.
